“TALENTAGED” project, on
the basis of a structured comparison of the most significant policies and
practices tested in 4 European countries on the subject of management of
population change and active ageing promotion, develops and experiments with a new integrated methodology of
guidance to choices in the processes of permanence/change of aged
workers, starting from the 20-year experience CORA network has worked out,
with the European EWA network, in the processes of adult women re-entering
the labour market and of reconversion of female and male workers expelled
from the labour market. Talentaged
project detects the needs of increasing aged female/male workers’
skills and motivations, so that they can stay
inside the workforce as long as possible, particularly adopting positive
measures to maintain their working capability and their qualificaztons,
especially in a labour market based on knowledge and on the ability of
constant adjustement/re-adjustement to professional contents and to more and
more complex relations. At the same
time, with reference to corporate social responsibility, the employers themselves are asked to give an
important contribution, developing initiatives and
creating conditions able to allow aged female/male workers a longer permanence
in the labour market The project sets the
following objectives:
